How this plan is built
- Each session follows a recipe for its training period, in the order you climb it: the warm-up, then any finger work, then the hard climbing.
- Hard days are never back to back.
- Week 4 is always lighter.
- In your first year, or with a niggle, there's one hard day a week and no hangboard or added weight.
- Campus and minimum-edge hangs only come in if you've bouldered for more than three years, climb 7A (V6) or harder and nothing is sore.
