Something not working, a question about training data, or an exercise in the catalog that's wrong? Email hello@bloksessions.com. A real person reads every message, usually within a couple of days.
It helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version and the app version (Settings, at the bottom).
Account and data
Delete your account. In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. On this website, log in to the planner and choose Account → Delete account. It removes your sign-in and every training record we hold, immediately. There's no waiting period, and it can't be undone.
Do I need an account? Yes, a free one. Making it doesn't upload your training: backup stays off until you switch it on for a profile, under Profile.
Used the app without an account before? Your training is still on your phone. Sign in or make an account after updating, and it becomes your account's.
Moving to a new phone. Switch on backup for your profile first. Then sign in on the new phone with the same account and your training comes back.
Blok Sessions Pro
Buy it on this website. Log in to the planner and choose Get Pro. It's the same Pro as in the app, on the same account, so the app unlocks it too once you're signed in.
Restore a purchase. Open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. Pro bought in the app belongs to your Apple ID. When you're signed in, it also belongs to your Blok Sessions account, so the planner on this website unlocks Pro too.
Cancel a subscription. Bought in the app: open Settings → Manage subscription, or open your Apple ID subscriptions and cancel there. Bought on this website: log in to the planner and choose Account → Cancel Pro, use the link in your purchase email, or email us. Either way you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a purchase on this website, email hello@bloksessions.com.
