Bouldering session planner
Tell it what stops you and how long you've got. You get a whole session, warm-up to cool-down, with the minutes for every exercise.
How the session is put together
By the same generator as the free plans and the app, from the exercise catalog. A hard day starts with a warm-up that ends in the style you're about to try, puts the hardest work first and ends with a cool-down. An easier day is technique and movement. A day off the wall is pulling, pushing and core.
Longer sessions add work: a second exercise, a short strength block, more mobility. Pump work and a strength block never share a session.
Nothing here is high-risk: no campus board and no minimum-edge hangs. In your first year, the quiz leaves out the hangboard too.
More on this: a plan for 45-minute sessions, a warm-up that doesn't eat a short session and how long to rest between attempts.
Stop at the first sign of pain in your fingers, elbows or shoulders. Training is at your own risk.

Your minutes, filled in one tap
The session builder in Blok Sessions fills a session for the time you have from the same catalog, and that's free. Start it and a guided session (Pro) runs each exercise's timer on screen, rounds and rests included.

Questions
How long should a bouldering session be?
Long enough for a 10 to 15 minute warm-up, your main work while you're fresh and a few minutes to cool down. 45 to 90 minutes covers most sessions. However long you stay, stop the hard climbing once moves you normally stick start to slip.
How should I structure a bouldering session?
Warm up, then do the hardest thing first while you are fresh: limit boulders, hard moves or finger strength. Volume, pump or strength work comes after it, and a cool-down last. Hard before pump, never the other way round.
Can I do a bouldering workout at home?
Yes. Pick the day off the wall. Most of it needs a pull-up bar and floor space; where an exercise needs more, like a hangboard or weights, the list says so.
Why doesn't the session fill all my minutes?
Every exercise has a set length, so a session can come out a few minutes short of what you asked for. Spend what's left climbing easy, or go home.
